APGA Endowment for Graduate Students
In honor of the centennial of the Graduate School in 2000, the APGA made a commitment to fund into perpetuity the APGA Endowment for Graduate Students. Currently, the Endowment provides Summer Travel Grants enabling graduate students to attend scholarly conferences. As the Endowment grows, additional programs for Graduate Students will be developed.

APGA Membership
Graduate alumni are invited to become Sustaining or Life Members of the Association of Princeton Graduate Alumni and help support programs for graduate alumni and graduate students.

The dues cycle runs from July 1-June 30.

APGA Sustaining Membership dues ($50 per year; $25 for graduate alumni with degrees from the last five years, FREE for 2010 degree recipients) include a full-year subscription (17 issues) to the Princeton Alumni Weekly, invitations to all APGA programs, and reduced fees for Reunions and other events.

APGA Centennial Membership ($150 per year) includes all of the benefits of Sustaining Memberships, with $100 going towards the APGA Endowment to support APGA initiatives and programs.

APGA Life Membership
($1000) includes all of the benefits of Sustaining Membership, plus invitations to special events honoring graduate students and graduate alumni throughout the year.

Benefits of APGA Membership
APGA dues support a wide variety of programs including professional and social networking and mentoring programs for graduate alumni and graduate students, Alumni Day, the Madison Medalist program, and Reunions.

Princeton alumni, whether graduate or undergraduate, take pride in their association with the University. Through the APGA you maintain your ties to Princeton and assist in the development of programs for our ever-expanding alumni community.

Each year the APGA is represented by an ever-increasing number of graduate alumni at Reunions, where the APGA provides graduate alumni speakers for a wide variety of scholarly symposia, and coordinates programs with the academic departments. Friday night of Reunions the APGA sponsors an annual Tribute to Teaching reception and dinner in Procter Hall, where we honor retiring faculty and graduate student Teaching Awards recipients.

Through annual dues and the APGA Endowment for Graduate Students the APGA contributes to the development of current graduate students. Events for graduate students include Career Workshops, networking with and mentoring by graduate alumni, and support of the APGA Teaching Awards and APGA Summer Travel Grants for graduate students.

The APGA attempts to increase the value of a Princeton education through these and an increasing array of activities designed to meet the needs of graduate alumni and graduate students. You can contribute to this process by maintaining your support of the APGA and your participation in alumni events.
